With over 20 years restaurant experience Sam and Mary welcome you to their latest restaurant the beautiful Fountain 77 Restaurant and Bar.

Set in a beautiful historic sandstone building, and set back from Glebe Point Road in Glebe, inner city Sydney with a large courtyard and beautiful fountain, Fountain 77 is a great place to relax and enjoy a great Italian meal, or drinks from the bar.

    I ordered the spaghetti bolognese, the prawn risotto, and the rocket and pear salad. All were great and the servings were generous. Will order again.   (Lee - See my reviews (63) - May, 2013)

    The eggplant calzone was beautiful, recommended if you want a good eggplant hit and find a lot of dishes lacking in this department as it was chock-full of the stuff. Also the lamb pizza nice as it had healthy amounts of garlic and the lamb was very tasty and moist. The hawaiian and supreme didn't blow me away as much as I feel I've had better but were ok anyway. If they'd been as good as the aforementioned items I think I'd be adding Fountain to my favourites, however I'm still searching for another pizza place to absolutely blow me away as my old fave shut down quite awhile ago. However I can't fault anything with Fountain overall. Delivery was an hour which seems to be avg in sydney for me, plus it was during peak hour. Maybe a bit quicker if you live north of parramatta rd? I'd say Fountain is worth giving a go however I can't comment on their pasts/gnocchi, etc.   (nathan - See my reviews (61) - September, 2012)

    serving size is PITIFUL!

    I paid $15 for a metric cup size serving of pesto gnocchi!!!!!!!!!!!

      I have been to this restuarant twice with friends and have found it be a fantastic place to have an old fashioned "made with love" meal. The staff are friendly but do not hover. The food is well made by someone who knows how to cook with love. The lamb shanks are divine. The desserts are even better. In an area such as Glebe with all the competition of many restuarants I recommend you try this out you will not be dissappointed. The decor is calming and the old historic house is wonderfuly set off the main street so no distracting outside noise.   (Christina - January, 2011)
