How your order is processed:

  1. Your order is transmitted to this restaurant the instant you submit your order,
  2. The restaurant confirms your order and advises us of the current delivery estimate,
  3. You automatically receive a confirmation email and/or sms with the updated delivery estimate AND contact information for the restaurant (should you experience any issues with the food or delivery),
  4. Menulog customer service representatives monitor orders to ensure they are confirmed immediately by the restaurant,
  5. The restaurant prepares the food and delivers directly to your door.
Menulog Voucher Terms and Conditions
  1. Only Menulog issued vouchers are accepted.
  2. Available only at restaurants that display 'Vouchers Accepted',
  3. Menulog facilitates the discount and pays the full amount directly to the restaurant.
  4. Vouchers can only be used in conjunction with paying via credit card,

    I ordered a vegetarian pizza with prawns. My order took over an hour and a half, my pizza arrived cold & had 2 prawns only on it. When I called I wasn't even offered an apology. Never again.   (kathleen - March, 2013)

    I ordered a Simple Vegetarian pizza and it was incredibly tasty - it was far beyond my expectations. Fresh ingredients and very well-balanced flavours. Its a little pricey and did take 15 minutes longer than estimated time but that happens sometimes. On the phone and in person they were very polite and helpful.     Are you kidding me?! Lamb shanks? More likely MUTTON. Full of sinew and fat. I ate one mouthful of this rubbish and threw it in the bin. THE MOST DISGUSTING MEAL I have had in a LONG time! I see I'm not the only disappointed customer.   (Sara - See my reviews (2) - November, 2012)

    Always like to give a restaurant a go to make up my own mind despite some negative reviews. I must say I have never had any problems with Gallery 324 although my orders have always been a bit later at night rather than in the peak times.     We must be suckers for punishment and gave Gallery 324 ONE more chance. Food turned up cold and chips were rock hard. They forgot an item so we rang and they said it would be there in 10 minutes. Didn't arrive for 30 minutes, so all previously ordered food was even more cold and tasteless.     I am often sceptical when I read reviews who absolutely rave about a particular restaurant, even moreso when I see a couple of people have given multiple reviews about Gallery 324 saying how incredible it is. We gave Gallery 324 another chance tonight, as last time the order was extremely late, which resulted in cold, soggy, bland burgers. Tonight again the delivery was slow, pasta was only just acceptable, and the wrong desert was delivered (no explanation given if they were actually out of the Tiramisu) and both deserts were thrown away after one mouthful of each. Never will we order from here again, and simply cannot believe the rave reviews from a couple of other reviewers.   (Kevin - See my reviews (3) - September, 2012)

    ordered pasta and garlic pizza, pizza oven not working tonight so they sent a salad. I understand the oven issue, but call me to advise. don't just deliver something I haven't ordered. order received earlier than initially advised which was a positive.     Great food however even after requesting cutlery both in the comments box for the order AND calling up in person to double check they had seen that request... they still forgot the cutlery. The delivery man said he woudl return with cutlery but never did. I was left with no other option but to eat lasagne with my fingers!!!   (Audrey - August, 2012)

      We've been here dine in only once and it was ok. Nothing special, just ok. The great thing about Gallery 324 is their home delivery. They have little motorbikes, we've seen them everywhere. Pizza's delivered hot and is just that little bit nicer than your usual home delivered pizza. We've enjoyed their pizza many times. Thanks for some great nights in, guys.

      We've eaten here before and it wasn't bad. Nothing really special though. The great thing about Gallery 324 is the home delivery pizza. There are lots of guys going round on their little motorbikes. We see them everywhere. The pizza is delivered hot and is that little bit more tastey than your usual pizza delivery.
