Shaji Abraham - Abraham, a master chef has 27 years of experience and has traveled the world working in many first class restaurants and hotels such as Stamford Plaza, Oxford Gordon Towers, Crown Casino and Sofitel in Melbourne.
Abraham is trained nutritionist and highly qualified in specialty, flavorsome diabetic and gluten free cooking. Abraham is originally trained in French cooking, puts French twist to many of his delicacies.
