Food was great. Only (minor) criticisms I have is that the tables are packed in pretty close to one another and we felt a little rushed to order, eat and move on to free up the table.   (September, 2008)

We had a great time. My parents and my two daughters and I went on Wednesday night for my daughter's birthday celebration. The place got packed around 7pm but we enjoyed the food and the service. Our waiter even sang Happy Birthday (tunefully) when he brought out the cake we took.   (July, 2008)

Myself and my girlfriend spent dinner at Giardini's for her birthday. While the wait staff were very attentative, it got to a stage where we had 3 different wait staff coming over and asking if we had finished our meals. Within one minute of finishing our entres we were served our mains (way to quick). While it is great to get food served quickly it felt like we were being rushed out of the restaurant, before I had even put my fork down on the plate the mains were cleared . This meant we could not really enjoy the atmopshere throughout dinner. The food was okay and the price was above average but that is standard in Perth these days!!   (ricstars review - See my reviews (3) - April, 2008)

Giardini's was not our 1st choice for lunch... but as the 1st restaurant wasn't serving lunch for another half hour we strolled over and decided to give it a go. The waitress was prompt asking us for our drink order. We decided on one of the bruschetta dishes... which was okay, but very puzzling as it had melted cheese on top?? Having dined at many venues, including overseas, this was a first... and hopefully a last... Our mains consisted of a veal dish which was bland and nachos which I have to admit were quite disgusting. I chose the bacon, onion, tomato nachos which I figured would be a salsa with overtones of bacon flavouring... wrong! This dish appeared to be nothing more than a "very lazy" effort.... imagine a poor pizza topping of shredded bacon/melted cheese with a blob of tomato paste on the side.. After attempting a few bites I left the remainder of this dish... and still have the aftertaste bothering me now!!! All in all, a very poor experience and definitely won't be revisiting nor recommending to friends.   (October, 2007)
