Grant Schooling - Grant’s culinary talents have recently won international acclaim by winning the International Mushroom Cooking Competition in Beijing. He competed against 150 international chefs winning over the judges with two of his signature dishes. Grant aspires to promote the values of local and fresh produce and the importance of healthy cooking. He has already established a reputation working with Michael Keelan through a weekend cooking program on Radio 5AA demonstrating his love for the Mediterranean cuisine. This commitment is further evident through his menus and working closely with dairy and mushroom producers.
