      Today I waited for an hour and a half for a bowl of lettuce at the Global Diner. The service was EXTREMELY slow, despite the fact that the restaurant was not even at capacity.

      The false advertising out the front showing an 'Express Lunch' menu was very disappointing. There was nothing 'express' about lunch at all, except how fast we wanted to get out of there and find a filling meal.

      I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone.   (Louise - April, 2009)
