Golden West Chinese Restaurant has been open since 1991, and established itself as the local's secret. Golden West serves modern Chinese food in a warm, relaxed atmosphere. With their friendly staff, Golden West is a child-friendly restaurant that puts all their customers first!

    We got delivery so can't comment on Ambience but the food was delicious and gave us renewed faith in Chinese Restaurants. Our usual local consistently let us down and since then we have been trying...

    We eat here regularly because of the gluten free menu. We always enjoy the food and the staff are friendly and polite

      We got delivery so can't comment on Ambience but the food was delicious and gave us renewed faith in Chinese Restaurants. Our usual local consistently let us down and since then we have been trying places with great disappointment.       It was a fairly average dining experience in comparison to other chinese meals we have had. The drawcard for this restaurant was they have a gluten free menu. The GF options were extensive, and this allowed our daughter who is coeliac to taste Chinese food for the first time ever. (She enjoyed it). It's a good initiative by this restaurant and for that reason alone we will return again as a family   (March, 2009)
