Chef	Torsten Knaack - Of German descent Torsten has experience in a wide range of kitchen environments, including the well regarded Level 41 at Chifley Towers. He is a champion of regional produce and has a deep love for Guthega. Having spent his childhood years hiking, canoeing and skiing in the Main Range and Jagungal Wilderness areas Torsten is an expert on the produce of the region and connected to the multi cultural portal that was the Snowy Scheme.
