We were met by an unfriendly waitress who was quite put out when she had to clean the table we chose for us to sit at. We ordered entree's and they had just arrived and the waiter came out with the main course dishes. He went to place these on the table and was quite annoyed when we asked him not to as we were worried that they would get cold before we were ready to eat them. He took them away. 5 minutes later another waitress attempted to bring them to the table again. We asked if we could finish our entrees before eating the main course. It was again taken away and once we had finished our entree's the main course dishes were then delivered hot and fresh. Its so disappointing when the service provided is so bad it impacts on the whole dining experience. Won't be going there in a hurry and we are locals who eat out alot.   (foodie - See my reviews (4) - July, 2008)

I have tried contacting the restaurant on several occasions with no response. Hans Cafe is not getting my business!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!   (February, 2008)

Had to ask for service e.g. can we order drinks, our meal and desserts. We were a party of 10 celebrating our daughter's 13th birthday and the meals didn't come out all at the same time, 3 members of the family had to wait an extra 10 minutes before they were served. Please note it's difficult to get taxis to this location, one family member had to wait two hours which isn't easy when you have a fourteen year old boy waiting with you. I was VERY dissapointed with the food and poor service.   (November, 2007)
