My wife and I are regular visitors to Mornington and we dined at Harba on Sunday evening, over the Queens Birthday weekend. I had been wanting to go there for quite sometime and whilst the food was absolutely lovely, the service was appalling. The young man who served us was very not at all helpful and we waited and waited for our drinks. If not for the fine food we would've had a most disappointing anniversary. - Joe McKinney   (Harba - June, 2008)

This is one of the few good places in Mornington that are open in the evenings during the week. The staff were very welcoming and accomodating for our special evening. Recommended. The food was excellent and service was first class   (May, 2008)

We were dissappointed that despite a booking weeks in advance we ended up with the worst table in the house and the service was quite slow and the wait staff seemed quite inexperienced. Disappointing as it was a special occassion for us   (November, 2007)
