Hello Angelo, Vito and all at harbourfront,

Just a note to say a big thanks very much for making our wedding day so lovely, we are so happy with how everything went and can not thank you all enough.

It was so easy to deal with all staff leading up to/planning the wedding and any staff member we spoke to was always so friendly and very helpful.

The food was just delicious and we both received excellent comments from our guests about how lovely all the food was.

The service was great, I no sooner finished a drink and received another, again our guests could not stop commenting on the excellent and prompt service of all staff.

The DJ and MC where fabulous and I would recommend both of them to anyone who asks.

Our cake was just great, so thanks for recommending tonitto cakes to us.

Despite a little bit of bad weather, the day was just so beautiful and lovely.

I have no hesitation in recommending The harbourfront to family and friends, although most attended the wedding, I have been telling anyone who asks where you are and how great everything was.

Again guys Thanks so much for making our day fantastic, we had a wonderful and lovely wedding day.

Graham and I will be making regular trips for lunch/dinner for sure.

I had dinner there last night with a few friends and it was AMAZING! The staff told us it was their new summer menu and only first launched that night. i had the fried zucchini flowers stuffed with 4 cheeses for my entree and the atlantic salmon & scampi for main - it was devine! the cocktails we ordered were well made and delicious! will be back soon - so many delicious things i want to try!!!   (SarahC - See my reviews (2) - January, 2012)

The dory seemed a bit average, could have been fresher. My tummy felt a bit off after eating it as well, so I'm not sure I will come back. The location and design of the building are fantastic though.   (Erica - October, 2010)

We had our wedding at the Harbourfront, all our guests said it was the wedding of the century and the wedding coordinator was a very friendly and a stepp ahead the hole way to ensure that everything run floorlessly..

We organised our companies work christmas party at the Harbour Front Restaurant to say thank you to all our staff for their great work throughout the year. The restaurant and staff definitely helped us to make our staff feel very special and show our gratitude to them. The ambience was beautiful, we were placed on the deck outside and the view of the harbour was magnificent. The food was without fault, we have some very fussy tastes within our crew (muslim, vegitarians) and they were accommodated with tasty and beautifully presented meals. The service was fantastic, the waiters and waitress were very attentive to our needs - they kept a very watchful eye on our drinks and checked to see if we would like more before were finished which is very rare - my experience with a lot of restaurants is you need to try and get the bar staffs attention to get a refill but the staff were very attentive. The restaurant looked full and yet we never felt rushed or neglected. Overall one of the best dining experiences and food we have had. Everyone had a great night and at the end the barstaff even organised taxis for us without prompting. Five star rating - I believe the best overall restaurant experience I have had in the Illawarra. Very disappointing Sunday lunch. Service was terrible! It took over 2hrs to have our meal!!!! It took 1hour and 20 mins to get our main meal after we finished the entree.I have dined at this restaurant several times before I WILL NOT BE GOING THERE AGAIN!!!!!   (Harbour flop - See my reviews (2) - August, 2009)

The lighting was so low that it was difficult to read the menu. This applied to most tables. The food was excellent and the service professional but the lux level needs to be increased.   (June, 2009)

Very Very disappointed. Me and my husband had our wedding there. Still cleaning and setting restaurant for our function when guests arrived. Staff were unhappy and treated u like a burden, service took a long while and food was dry and burnt. Considering a wedding day, i thought they would have made more of an effort. considering what we were charged as well??? not happy at all.

Very noisy, needs soft finishes on walls and ceiling and maybe a pot plant or two to cut down on the noise from everyone's conversations. Otherwise, great spot   (January, 2009)

We had our girls xmas lunch there, and the food was beautiful, especially the Seafood Medley.

We had a great experience. Food was exceptional, the staff were extremely friendly and helpful, and our 6 year old son was made very welcome. The big seafood platter was the best we've had. We'll certainly keep this restaurant in mind for special occasions.   (Tricia - January, 2009)

The food was excellent but the service was very slow and our needs were not attended to in a suitable amount of time. Wait staff seemed more interested in setting up for the next day - considering it was over $100 a head, they really should have given us more attention. I found your restaurant on the Net when looking for somewhere to take my Mum for lunch on a special outing.

We could not have been more pleased with the meals, the service, the seating. Your staff were particularly accommodating. We enjoyed ourselves that much we have since been again for dinner and certainly plan future visits.   (April, 2008)
