"I booked a surprise party here for my husband's birthday and wished that I had investigated other options first. The food was average and the service was terrible! The waitress that served us was deliberately rude and unaccommodating. It ruined what was supposed to be a very special evening for all of us. I booked a surprise party here for my husband's birthday and wished that I had investigated other options first. The food was average and the service was terrible! The waitress that served us was deliberately rude and unaccommodating. It ruined what was supposed to be a very special evening for all of us. The cracker at the end of the evening was when I politely asked the waitress if she could please bring out the cake with the Turkish delight and her reply was "I don't know anything about a cake!" and walked off....grrrrr.   (March, 2008)

I lunched here recently with two interstate friends. It's a very large, barn of a place, upstairs overlooking Green Square.. We all enjoyed the delicious food, but what made it, from our point of view, was the friendly and efficient service by the Turkish couple who run it. Very good value.   (Artemis - July, 2007)
