Excellent food, great service and definitely value for money. Would thoroughly recommend this restaurant to anyone. One tip for the owners, perhaps look at investing in a better air-con set-up. I've been to Harro's several times and everyone I know who frequents it or has only been there even once, swear by it.

Without doubt, it is in my top ten ever restaurants, including restaurants I've dined at in Europe.Easily the BEST steak; the BEST seafood risotto; the best chicken parmigiana, and; the best veal scallopini. And these are only the dishes I've tried! I'm going to try the pizza next time, but from seeing other diners' pizzas, they too look to be a winner.Harro's equally excels in service, price, quality and quantity - they've perfected what a restaurant should be.By the way, the coffee is great.   (Fussy - November, 2007)
