Heritage Hotel Bulli, home of the Sapphire Lounge, Illawarra's Landmark Live Music and Dining Venue.

The Heritage has made an art form of the Dinner and Show package, serving up some of the tastiest modern Australian cuisine, a great wine and beer list, and the best seats in the house to create a whole night out in the one venue. The Heritage can also cater for functions such as weddings, parties, launches and corporate events.

Chicken & Snow Pea Salad : a salad of chargrilled chicken & snow peas finished with peppery watercress & a creamy vinaigrette
Peach and Prawn salad : grilled prawns with fresh peaches and a champagne sauce
Goat's Cheese, Onion & Thyme Vol-Au-Vent: oven-bakes tart of soft goat's cheese, red onion and fresh thyme in a light vol-au-vent case

Roasted Peppers (v) : char-grilled banana peppers filled with a marinated artichoke and basil pesto risotto with aioli and rocket oil and finished with haloumi cheese
