The waiter was lovely, warm and friendly. Unfortunately his ideas of "large" serving jeans 6 calamari rings. Now I know it's tapas but if that's the case why are they 14 buck a plate? Apparently "tapas". Is a word used to validate your serving teeny teeny portions of food at main meals prices. one other, albeit important, thing. The food was quite possibly the worst food we've ever had. Thank god we had wine aplenty. Nothing a quick trip to hungry jacks couldn't fix. But why should anyone have to do that after coughing up $170 for dinner? Mussels were stinking, prawns disintegrated into a foul paste when chewed and paella was overcooked rice with tinned tomatoes dumped in it. Meatballs were beef mince, no spices, no Flavour, with Heinz tomato sauce squeezed on top. Lamb was so salty it was inedible. All in all..... Great place, if you don't mind paying top dollar for off seafood and teeny tiny, badly prepared, tasteless tapas.
