Service by staff was excellent, dealings with owner appalling, she needs a few lessons in customer service, I hope other people have not been treated in the same manner   (March, 2007)

"...High Societea is pure elegance...I can't think of a more elegant place to spoil a very special person in your life – and that could, of course, be yourself. So splurge a little before Christmas. You won't regret it."

Alison Cotes, Courier Mail - November 2008
"The elegant experience starts with the decor: floral wallpaper, chandeliers and tables adorned with gracious antique tea sets, fine silverware, crisp white linen and home-grown roses..."

Kylie Lang, Brisbane News and Dining Out Guide 2007 - August 2007
"This lovely nook in the heart of Clayfield's shops serves a choice of teas, ranging from the savoury to the indulgent Royal Ascot, with one for children and a gluten-free option. Three-tiered stands of delectable morsels are delivered to your linen and silverware-dressed table by affable waiter, who know their way around the tea menu, and are happy to advise on the many different flavours."
