    In a nutshell, it's all about providing quality food and beverage services in an informal, yet comfortable environment with an overriding friendly, party atmosphere.

    I always love the food at Hoggies, but the service greatly varies.. some days you have a fantastic service and others not so wonderful... Ambience, i have a baby so it isnt really a great baby frie...

    I have been to Hoggies Palmerston at least a dozen times since they opened and with the exception of one time it has been a good experience. The staff are very friendly and I highly recommend it.

      I always love the food at Hoggies, but the service greatly varies.. some days you have a fantastic service and others not so wonderful... Ambience, i have a baby so it isnt really a great baby friendly place, the highchairs are not practical but rather cheap.. sad really as prior to having a baby i was a frequent diner..   (Mari 82 - See my reviews (10) - June, 2012)

      I have been to Hoggies Palmerston at least a dozen times since they opened and with the exception of one time it has been a good experience.

      I recently went to Hogs Breath, Palmerston NT where we were rushed out of the cafe (One baby & One elderly in wheelchair), the mains took 40 minutes to come out! Drink orders wrong, prime rib steaks were not cooked to their standards, we asked for medium - rare steak to be served medium-well done.

      My mother approached one of the waiters to be told that "the cooks (obviously) did not have enough experience to cook to perfection". We had waitresses clearing the table picking up plates which we hadn't even finished with yet, then had another waiter pressure us into paying for the bill straight away!

      Once you approach the receptionist, she says okay whatever. Then wrote a letter to the owner, who told me that i was practically lying! was not interested in the situation at all!   (October, 2010)

      Booked online for my sons 8th birthday. When we arrived no booking existed, we then had to wait in the bar with an 8 year old. When we eventually got a table ,no attempt at all was made to bring any childrens interest things over to us.....very much a dud event for Matthews birthday.   (david - November, 2009)

      Restaurant response - Hi David, sorry about the booking confusion. There were problems with people trying to book via the menulog link on our website. I had it removed some time ago because of this. About your sons birthday. So sorry!! We do loads of birthdays and have loads of kids in the restaurant.
