Established in 1974 and still operated by Marlene Carter, one of the Gold Coast's most experienced & successful restaurateurs, The Holy Mackerel is now managed by Matt Carter. The Holy Mackerel is renowned for its quality and consistency of the food and service standards and has been a favorite dining restaurant for countless locals over the years.
