      We have just recently dined at Hot Pipis. The food was beautiful and cooked to perfection. It was so good to be able to have a wide choice of gluten free including entree and dessert. The steak was cooked beautifully and the barramundi in mango and ginger sauce was to die for. The gluten free option of the pate and bread was really good and so was the blueberry trifle with passionfruit curd. The staff were very friendly and attentive.       My husband and I had the delight of dining at this fantastic restaurant just recently. We are locals of the Sunshine Coast and as a Coeliac it was fantastic for me to find a restaurant with such a wide ranging gluten free menu selection. My husband chose the steak which was cooked to perfection, while I had chose the salmon which was seafood at its best. I couldn't resist following up with the chocolate molten dessert - absolutely delightful. Staff were prompt, friendly and knowledgeable - food absolutely fantastic - will be dining here again very soon!!   (Naomi - See my reviews (2) - October, 2009)

    Dan Wilkinson - Realtively new to the role of Head Chef, Dan is a creative and passionate Chef with strong past experience backing his abilities. Dan's best dishes are known for their freshness and simplicity. He creates new specials each night which are sourced from local suppliers. A local lad, Dan spends his spare time surfing and with his young family. Passionate about his food, Dan has created an exciting new Winter menu which is bursting with subtle flavours and gentle spices. Dan has created several dishes that receive a nutritional tick without losing out on flavour and style.
