Ironbark specialize in using Native Australian Ingredients to create unique meals that give a true meaning to Australian Cuisine. We source produce from all over the country, from the Kimberly's to Tasmania, and cook it to perfection. The use of native produce helps conserve ecological biodiversity, supports local communities and is sustainable, a trend that we endeavor to carry on with the use of biiodegradable take away materials. We use Native Australian Seafood, berries and fruits, herbs and spices and native animals such as kangaroo, crocodile amd emu which are delicious and have great nutritional benefits such as being low in fat. Our desserts, smoothies and spritzers are also another way Ironbark uses our Native produce to create unique delicious tastes.

SO GO NATIVE......GO IRONBARK

"Interesting food, fast friendly service. But if you are looking for a fine dining experience, this is not the place. The prices are fair for the food served, but overall there is not a good fit between the style of food and the ambience. We found it noisy, there was deep-fry smell and the table settings were spartan."

"it was very nice but did not tell us it was byo and did not give clear directions on how to get to bottle shop. But food was very good and one girl with blonde hair very helpful" more reviews

The food was fantastic and the staff were great but the setting was a little disappointing. A little too causal and cafe style for dinner.   (June, 2008)
