    Order took literally 2 hours! 1st time i tried them, i thought i would give them a 2nd chance. This has happened again. If you aren't entertaining guests and waiting to eat, it's ok.     I am not a nasty critic, however I will ask all, Really dried prawns, special fried rice that is not special, a sweet and sour pork that is more batter than anything. Then a cheesecake that looks like it has been half eaten when I got it, and an apple pie segment that looks more like crumble than pie.     The food was pretty average, 30 minutes late and cold. On top of that they don't answer their phone so you can't even enquire about the lateness. Delivery guy didn't mention that he was 30 minutes late or make any kind of apology or excuse.   (Matthew - See my reviews (3) - February, 2013)

    As our only resort on a public holiday, I reluctantly chose this restaurant despite the very unattractive "Australian" section. This restaurant is clearly owned by a white person because the food stank. I will never subject myself to such a disgrace to the chinese cuisine again. 1 out of 10.   (Thomas - January, 2013)

    Very Disappointing!

    It took over an hour and a half to recieve our dinner and once it turned up, it was not worth the wait!

    We had a shocking experience with Jason's Kitchen. Ordered food for our family, got confirmation with one hour delivery time. When the hour was up and no ffod arrived, I called and got the answer they're busy and will take another 20 minutes. I told them I have young kids hungry and please hurry up. Another 30 min later I called, only to find out that our food hasn't been cooked yet let alone left the restaurant! By this stage it was 8pm and one of my kids fell asleep without dinner. Then I had to put in a fight to get a refund from the restaurant! I found their lack of care and flat out lying unacceptable. Will never eat there again.   (See my reviews (2) - September, 2012)

    Chicken and Lamb was fatty and not cooked well, the egg in the fried rice was burnt and made the whole dish taste burnt.

    My first time using Menulog and Jason's Kitchen, time estimate was 1hour and it arrived on the dot. However, the food was cold and soggy, I guess it been in the plastic bag for over half an hour.

    The food was pretty ordinary, as for value it cost 15% more for less food than my local Thai place.

    If I use them again I'll do a pick up and make sure it's fresh   (Ray - August, 2012)

      We visited on a Friday night and were one of only two tables occupied. It soon became apparent why. The waiter was rude and reluctant to answer questions. When asked if the dish contained vegetables he told us we should order vegetables if that is what we wanted. No water was offered and only single glasses water were reluctantly provided after our request. The food was adequate but after requesting the bill we waited 10 minutes and then had to go to the counter where two staff were chatting. In short - don't go there, you will not be welcome.   (Jason's Kitchen - November, 2008)
