    Great tasting food as expected from Joey's however time estimate was inaccurate - came around 30mins late. We also requested for the door bell not to be pressed because of our baby waking and it was still pressed and request not noted.     Ordered about 6:30 on a Friday Night. Got a SMS saying delivery at 7:12pm. It arrived just before 9pm. Pizza base was doughy and undercooked. Very disappointed.   (Warwick - March, 2012)

    Very late delivery - advised delivery was 1 hour after order. Called 30 minutes after advised delivery time and was told it had already left. Arrived about 25mins later. It was just warm enough to eat but a bit soggy.

    Pizza was not hot and very average. Undercooked with little base and the horrible over-processed ham was not shredded at all.

    Discrepancy with pricing too! Tried to charge me 20% more than menulog, I still got overcharged by 10%.

    Was excited about my first Menulog experience and had seen great reviews about Joey's but unfortunately I opted for delivery which was too slow. Was delivered 1.5 hours after ordering - 30 minutes after the text message had indicated. After such a long wait and numerous phone calls to the resturant to check my order it was disappointing to receive cold pizza's that needed reheating in the oven.

    In saying that overall once reheated the pizzas had great flavours. I am willing to try them again but next time I will pick them up.   (Jenny - June, 2010)

    Received home delivery 15mins after time promised and the pizzas were cold - needed re-heating in my oven. Therefore, the rating of food is below average and disappointing. As it was the promised time was for 1hour which is way more than it should have been. However, the gelato was great - how come that wasn't melted?   (Jenny - May, 2010)

    We have eaten with Joey's many times but tonight neither of us felt like picking up the takeaway. We found Menulog in a google search. It made it so easy to just order online, and Joey's delivered sooner than the estimated 1 hr which was great as we were hungry! We can recommend the pasta Auroa... delicious, Gelato is great and also any of the pizzas especially the garlic pizza, great vale for money.   (Catherine - February, 2010)
