Jones the Grocer - Hyde Park

A 26 seat café featuring the famous jones the grocer communal table with an all weather deck area for sunny breakfasts or a leisurely lunch. A huge range of jones the grocer, grocery and confectionery items, covering a wide range of the world’s cuisine.

A delicious array of the best quality fresh local dairy, dips, meats, and baked treats as well as wholesome café fair prepared in jones’ own kitchen.

Please note that they do not take forward bookings. But they will try to accommodate people if you ring them on the day shortly before you wish to come (say up to man hour before).

The store features interesting breakfasts (both hot and cold), while having a tasty offering of cakes, salads and sandwiches, featuring numerous gourmet products available in store. They specialize in cheese and will cater for outside events. The pricing ranges from $7.50 for a jones bircher muesli trifle to $15.90 for our smoked salmon salad, with the average sandwich costing $9.50. They are unlicensed at present but an application is with the licensing board at present.
