A really nice place with friendly staff, good food and reasonable prices. The Briars looked a treat. (Mark from Mornington - August, 2010) Overall 9.3 - Food 10, Ambience 10, Value 8, Service 9
We really enjoyed our whole experience at Josephine's restaurant. A calming ambience, magnificent food and very good service. (Ann Nicholls - December, 2009) Overall 9 - Food 9, Ambience 8, Value 9, Service 10
A most enjoyable evening. Presentation of food was attractive and inviting. The only comment we could make is that the dinner plates were cold and so some vegetables weren't so warm as we would have liked. Perhaps too the Rosti potatoes had taken up a little too much oil but that can't always be helped. They were nice and crunchy on the outside and inside pleasant to the palate. Overall 10 - Food 10, Ambience 10, Value 10, Service 10
we recently dined at josephines the food was very good and the service was top class. we will definanetly return. its worth taking a trip outside of main street. try josephines its great!! (June, 2008) Overall 7.3 - Food 7, Ambience 8, Value 6, Service 8
The chicken dish that I ordered had a very strong, overpowering taste of walnuts. A less offensive tasting nut, such as macadamia or cashew, would have left a better taste for this dining experience. (Rach - See my reviews (2) - January, 2008) |
