      This is far from the best Thai food I have ever experienced. To be fair the standard on the Central Coast is generally not too good anyway. The use of dried chili flakes instead of fresh chili affects the outcome and there is no real evidence of the exquisite blend of sour, hot, fresh & twangy, salty and sweet that makes Thai fiood so great.
