Indian and Swiss cuisine is an excellent mix. As only the extraverted Beat Keller can create. Beat is a Swiss trained chef with many accolades to his name. Not one for resting on his previous achievements, the big man prefers to let his clientele be his food critics. His favourite comment “you can win or loose on one dish”, says it all and ensures a taste explosion with every mouthful.
