How your order is processed:

  1. Your order is transmitted to this restaurant the instant you submit your order,
  2. The restaurant confirms your order and advises us of the current delivery estimate,
  3. You automatically receive a confirmation email and/or sms with the updated delivery estimate AND contact information for the restaurant (should you experience any issues with the food or delivery),
  4. Menulog customer service representatives monitor orders to ensure they are confirmed immediately by the restaurant,
  5. The restaurant prepares the food and delivers directly to your door.

    The Pa-Nang curry was mostly sauce, hardly any vegetables. The roti was more like raw pastry - very heavy and stodgy. Pad Thai was dry and bland - vegetables were overcooked and hardly any sauce. The king prawn roll entree was good, but over priced for what it was. The food did arrive in a timely manner. Would not order again.

    Iphone wouldnt let me slide the bar. Ive marked them 5 in every category, but in reality 10 for food, Great food and hot! 8 for value, reasonably priced, and 10 for speed - Friendly staff, always on time. I'm a regular delivery and take-away!

    Usually the food from here is a lot better than it was this time, we were very disappointed. The Pad Thai was very dry and paying $4 extra for three prawns was disappointing. The steamed dumplings were not even cooked so we had to throw them away. Shame as I like the duffy rolls but doubt I will risk this slightly over priced Thai for just duffy rolls again.

    Prompt delivery, food is OK. The bad thing is they replaced the dessert (which is $1 cheaper than the dessert I ordered) but didn't deduct the $1 for my total bill.

    Arrived in less than half an hour! All of our dishes were wonderful and fresh, cooked well, and they used great quality cuts of meat, which really puts this restaurant a head above the rest in the local Thai scene at the very least. I will definitely be ordering from Khacha Thai again and recommending them to my friends.

    Khacha Thai is now the only Thai restaurant I buy from. The food arrives within the timeframe promised, the delivery staff are friendly and the food is consistently sensational. The signature dishes have never failed to impress and I have yet to find a dish that any of my friends do not enjoy.
