Large groups information
Kilmore Race Club and Trackside can cater for up to 300 persons in various rooms and room sizes throughout the complex. The Trackside Room caters for over 300 seated, and is an ideal venue for weddings and functions.
Group cancellation policy: Numbers must be finalised within 2 days of the event. These numbers will be final numbers for payment.

The facilities, meals, ambience and atmosphere rival any similar places in melbourne. It is the second time I have been to Kilmore, the firt being a fantastic wedding reception, the second being on a raceday. I have been to all the major clubs in melbourne, and the experience at Kilmore far outweighs anything those places have to offer. A BIG THUMBS UP!! (Charlene Allen - June, 2008)

I went to Kilmore for a race meeting and enjoyed the great food, service and atmosphere so much that I booked my staff Xmas function there. We travelled by bus up to Kilmore, some caught the train - and again it was a fantastic day complimented by great food and atmosphere. (Emily Psaila - May, 2008) |
