  Went to this establishment for "High Tea" Nothing "high" about it except the price! Stale store bought cakes, scones so hard you could crack your teeth and a surly waitress to boot. The surroundings look like a bad garage sale and the manager to whom we complained couldn't have cared less and still put his hand out for the full price. I would die of starvaton rather than return to this place.   (Tickedoff - May, 2012)

  Nice cafe food, never been for dinner, not a fan of all the clutter for sale but staff are nice and the price is reasonable.   (A great pub! - See my reviews (3) - February, 2010)

  I've been going to King Henry's Court since they first opened. Love the atmosphere, the gift shop and the food. The staff are wonderful and nothing is too much trouble.   (keleitha - January, 2010)

  Atmosphere was pleasant, service efficient, however the food was a complete disappointment. Perch fillet served ON mashed potato? C'mon please! The mashed potato seemed to be the base ingredient for most meals, a very disappointing experience   (trailertrash - October, 2009)

  Went out for a girls night and oh what a night. Upstairs was fab, the singer was great and he had the dance floor full. Food and service was great. Perfect upstairs for a party celebration. Thanks to all the staff you were great.   (Sarah - May, 2009)

  My Husband and I didn't get to celebrate our 1st wedding anniversary , So for our 2nd wedding anniversary , I really wanted to go out for Dinner. Well the Price of King Henry's Court Mid Week looked good $20.00 Per head for a 3 Course meal, Well 3 Courses later I was full happy and Contented the whole atmosphere was fab food even better the price Perfect See u soon King Henry's Court we are definateley going Back U spoilt Me King Henry's Court and thankyou for a fabulous night Yum Yum Yum   (Michelle C - November, 2008)

  I ordered mixed oysters the kilpatricks had hardly any bacon on them and they were only bistro oysters nearly $30 a dozen a bit lousy, my wife ordered escallops of veal, we expected thin slices of meat but these were paper thin and not enough of them to satisfy her hunger, when you pay $120 to go out you should not have to grab a burger on the way home, but apart from the servings the food tasted great, except the escallops which naturally was too dry.   (old chomper - August, 2008)

  I went with my better half yesterday and we loved it. Something they could work on though would be the food/service. I had the pasta and it was with olives, which I dont like so I ordered the pasta without them but when we were served I quickly discovered that I had the olives, which I had to pick out then (still tasted good!) and it was a bit small for an adult portion. My better half had the scotch fillet with pumpkin mash and vegies which was really nice and the size of the portion was more for an adult. Entree and Desert was very very nice. So all in all it was a pretty good experience and we will go back :-)   (Jason - April, 2008)

  We had a group booking of 30 people and we had the best night! Danced the night away great live entertainment and nothing was too much trouble for the staff. Food was great and very tasty. Great value 3 course for $30 and a night to remember for my 30th birthday. Recommend to anyone that likes to have a great night out.   Definitely value for money at lunch time, a wonderful lunch menu with plenty of meals for $10 including drinks. Except for one notable occasion their service has been splendid and I was amazed at the speed which meals were prepared, especially during the busy lunch period. I have returned again and again! The atmosphere is wonderful but be aware you may end up purchasing a number of extra items as everything in the restaurant from mobiles to novelty items are for sale.   (Lovely lunches - See my reviews (3) - January, 2007)
