How your order is processed:

  1. Your order is transmitted to this restaurant the instant you submit your order,

    well it's now 8.15pm and we're all starving!!! food still not here.     The delivery time of 1.5 hours was most unacceptable as the restaurant is only 5 mins away. The driver did not carry a pen for me to sign the receipt. The entree was cold.     This restaurant has gone downhill fast. They used to be good, but our last 2 orders have been late (the last one took 1.5 hours) and this time we ordered they confirmed the order, then rang HALF AN HOUR AFTER CONFIRMING BY SMS telling us they were all out of peking duck. When I asked them to refund the money they said we had to call menulog, who are now saying they will 'have to ring me back'. There is no way we will EVER be ordering from them again.     We're 1st time customers with this store, even ordering online is really new to us. They told us 30mins, they were at our door in 20mins. Obviously off to a good start.
