Kuzina is Hobart’s most exciting new restaurant. A practical training ground by day; with apprentice chefs learning the art of creating food to stimulate the senses and open to the public by night.

Kuzina wishes to offer you a truly memorable dining experience, showcasing excellent food, service and value for money, presented to you by our passionate training team and dedicated trainees.

Taking a contemporary approach to cuisine, our menu has been created to employ a range of traditional techniques with a modern twist and a strong focus on using local/regional and seasonal produce.

We welcome your patronage and evaluation to help ensure the quality of up and coming Hospitality Industry professionals.

It was very busy when we were there but staff were more than equal to the task, they were very helpfull about the menu and very friendly. We enjoyed the meal and would return. Grreat night out with friends, we all enjoyed the meal, one of us had to have our octupy cooked a little more but no dramas. It was very busy when we were there but staff were more than equal to the task, they were very helpfull about the menu and very friendly. We enjoyed the meal and would return. I have also put this review on the Casablanca page which is was previously known as so anybody who reads that one should disregard the comments made as I have never been to Casablanca Rest.   (anne m - See my reviews (18) - November, 2008)
