Food took over 2.5 hrs to arrive on a Sunday night, I prefer my dinner before 9.30 pm! Was cold and dry when it arrived. The manager finally returned my call for a chat at 10.45pm! (sam - February, 2010)

It took 2 hours to get our food and 1 item ordered was not delivered. La Cocina deducted the price of the missing item from our bill and another $4 to make up for the slow delivery. (Randwick - January, 2010)

They were wonderful with our 2 year old daughter... but having to walk through the kitchen to a (dirty) toilet wasn't brilliant. The food was tasty - but unfortunately they forgot about my meal (or maybe the waitress didn't speak English very well). Lovely people, good food - just lacking a little on the important details! Now that they do have earlybirds, I'm trying everything in the menu, thank god they have so many nice dishes to choose from, i highly recommend people to come and try fr $7.50 entrees to $12.50 mains before 7.30pm. viva la vida. (Michelle admirer 2 - June, 2009)

This is my 3rd time ordering from here. Although they can never remember where my apartment is and there was a problem with their driver that day and we decided that we were ok to wait for around 2 hours. However, their food was worth the wait! Highly recommended is the Pescado A La Chorillana - a fish dish. It is very very very good, a little on the salty side but wonderful! Wow I didn't know there was a Peruvian Restaurant near my house the last time i tried it was when i went to see the Machu Picchu in 2000, the food is magic I'm very happy that I dont have to think about the nice dishes i had in Peru anymore i just go into menulog now and here we go WOW.
