"I had the opportunity to try the Degustation Menu with Wine and found this to be a food lovers trip to haven. The wines are selected to each dish through out the 6 course menu and could not be faulted...in fact...on occasion you will get some excellent examples that by the bottle alone can be out of some peoples price range. All in all, well worth visiting if you ever plan on staying at Hayman G.." more reviews

I had the opportunity to try the Degustation Menu with Wine and found this to be a food lovers trip to haven. The wines are selected to each dish through out the 6 course menu and could not be faulted...in fact...on occasion you will get some excellent examples that by the bottle alone can be out of some peoples price range.
