    * We always cook to order (we never use pre-cooked meat).

    * We cook on 100% natural charcoal to preserve the natural flavors and juices of the meat.

    The Cruz family to make this Restaurant a success, we had to overcome many hurdles and obstacles but we have always had the faith and the vision of a better tomorrow.

      We went on a Friday night and ordered the mix platter for two, we were absolutely shocked with what came out, one piece of lamb cutlet,how are you supposed to share one lamb cutlet? It was absolutely appauling and we got up off the table starving and went to the best family restaurant on earth,McDonalds! I wont be going back!   (dmdlman - September, 2009)

      A beautifully set environment, a homely warm feeling whilst dining. Had a great time and would definitely return. Will let other friends and family know of this great restaurant.   (February, 2008)

      On a Wednesday night - 5 people arrived at 7.30, ordered at 7.50, food arrived at 9.05. We picked the all-you-can eat option which came with 2 bowls of chips, 2 bowls of salad, bread, and sangria. The meat platter had 1 chicken, chorizo, and lots ribs. Total bill was $117 for the 5 of us. Despite how tasty it was (not gourmet, just hearty fare) would not go again.   (millimilli - November, 2007)
