  I had the worst experience of my life at this place. I waited AN HOUR AND A HALF while all of my friends had started eating. When I asked the waitress where my meal had gone she said that I would have to wait some more. ANOTHER FIFTEEN MINUTES LATER, I was finally served FOUR LITTLE PIECES OF TERIYAKI CHICKEN. I called up the waitress and explained that this is not acceptable because I had waited AN HOUR AND FORTY-FIVE MINUTES and this is just NOT THE SIZE OF A DECENT MEAL. She gave me THE RUDEST SIDE EYE and the "Chef" OPENLY LAUGHED AT MY FACE. The waitress just ignored me for the rest of the dinner, only filling up with water the others' glasses SKIPPING MINE! I have never been treated this way in my entire life. THIS PLACE IS JOKE! On top of being filthy, service is mediocre, value is ridiculous and ambience... well... ideal for whomever likes to be treated like in a fast-food restaurant.   (Worst dining experience ever! - May, 2012)

  It was nice got a coupon from wollwoths for a free curry, so went for dinning. Good experience food is really amazing, went on a quite night as offer was walid on weekdays, staff told us that there is a bollywood night on weekends thinking of going some day. Friendly staff.   Absolutely dissapointing meal. Ordered a duck dish and a spicy prawn dish. Prawns were bland and the duck was completely inedible. There was so much fat in the duck i was actually heaving while chewing and the parts that weren't fatty were tough and tasteless. When i complained about their meal and requested they redo the meal i was hung up on. Will never order from there again and would not recommend this place to anyone. Also very expensive meals for a place that obviously has no experience in cooking or buying quality ingredients.   (May, 2012)

  A Mothers Day disaster. Two hours to be served with our food. Three dishes were inedible and another, a burnt offering, was partly consumed. Not good. An offer of coffee and desert as compensation received a concerted "no". No charge for 4 dishes was willing accepted. A day to remember for all the wrong reasons. (13 May 2012)   (KC - May, 2012)

  We were very disappointed that two of our meals were cold when served and had to be recooked. No compensation such as a dessert or coffee were even offered. Apologies were given for cold food but not good enough. Quite expensive and very noisy.   (May, 2012)

  Went to this establishment for "High Tea" Nothing "high" about it except the price! Stale store bought cakes, scones so hard you could crack your teeth and a surly waitress to boot. The surroundings look like a bad garage sale and the manager to whom we complained couldn't have cared less and still put his hand out for the full price. I would die of starvaton rather than return to this place.   (Tickedoff - May, 2012)

  We dined at Bel Amici on Monday night and had the $33 set menu special. The food was absolutely devine. Just as good as some hatted restaurants i have visited. Definately will be returning and have been recommending to many. 9.5/10   (charlie - May, 2012)

  They totally got our home deliver order wrong. When we called to say they forgot our corn, potato and garlic bread we were told " the person who packs never makes mistakes!" wt! So we were totally ripped off and the service was horrible, we will never order from there again.   (judy - May, 2012)

  Fantastic lunch el fresco with a wonderful view of the beach. The food was wonderful. My grandson had ricotta pancakes topped with fresh pear, my daughter had a lovely salad and I had Nasi Goreng and all our plates were 'licked clean'. If you find the prices a little high, it is well worth it.

  One negative: this is a busy corner and on weekends the traffic is endless. During the week, less so.

  Had a party of 9 people. We were served excellent & the food was outstanding. The best Thai we all agreed that we have ever had. Were supposed to go to another Thai Restaurant in Penrith but they could not fit us in on a Saturday night & Bai Bua Thai just got us in. I loved the food so much, I bought take away the next night. I would never go to another Thai Restaurant again, I will always go now to Bai Bua Thai Restaurant and so will my friends as the food was the yummiest we ever had and the portion size was a full plate where other Thai Restaurants as small portion sizes. Also they sell Coconut rice which is beautiful with a meal or on it's own. Thanks for fitting us in last Saturday for dinner & now we will always eat at your restaurant.   (racheljasper - May, 2012)
