Yet again we have gone for our yearly business Christmas lunch and yet again we have booked for next year. The food was excellent and the service was top notch considering how busy they were. they remembered our names and to my amazement even the wine we liked when we were last there. A great special occasion restaurant that has never let me down.

Great food, however, was let down by the service. Mains took 1 hour to arrive, desserts took another 25 mins. Food orders were also muddled up.   (Lenzerheide restaurant - September, 2009)

Wonderful dining experience. The staff were friendly and very proffessional paying attention to detail. The food was out of this world. I had the Whiting by far the best dish I have ever eaten. The creme brulee is to die for. Highly recommended.   (Cathy - May, 2009)

I love this place because it's so consistent - you are always guaranteed an outstanding dining experience. The staff are always professional - nothing is too much trouble even when dining with a large group. The decor has been modernised which is nice but it is still comfortable. The food - I always have a hard time choosing from the menu because it all sounds so good and I know it will be. I flew down from the gold coast for a special family birthday. Certainly one of the best restaurant I've ever been to. Sensational service, fantastic food and atmosphere. Well done all. Hope to be back on my next trip down.   (Phillip - September, 2008)

This is one of those 'special occasions' kind of restaurants. We have been here the last few years for our wedding anniversary and always come away more than content. Make sure you leave room for the profiteroles for dessert - the best ever!   (AN - August, 2008)

As a regular diner the food was as wonderful as usual. The service however was below par to previous experiences.

The restaurant seemed to be cutting expenses and trying to cope with minimum staff. Interestingly the restaurant seems to have won any awards recently. You make the choice.   (See my reviews (2) - July, 2008)

We always come back here for speical occasions. The food is fantastic and the service brilliant. We have eaten at their other restaurant but Lenzerheide out class them in every way.   (May, 2008)

Went last night for our anniversary (we go every year), The staff remember us every time and the service is the best in Australia. No other restaurant makes you feel so special.
