How your order is processed:

  1. Your order is transmitted to this restaurant the instant you submit your order,
  2. The restaurant confirms your order and advises us of the current delivery estimate,
  3. You automatically receive a confirmation email and/or sms with the updated delivery estimate AND contact information for the restaurant (should you experience any issues with the food or delivery),
  4. Menulog customer service representatives monitor orders to ensure they are confirmed immediately by the restaurant,
  5. The restaurant prepares the food and delivers directly to your door.

    Very late..... Over 2 hours... No one could explain why when i called. although when the delivery guy came he explained only one driver and they didn't even give me the correct order.. Food had no flavour My recommendation to the store if u can't fill the order don't take anymore. My recommendation to the people don't bother

    Awesome pizza, have ordered many times. Always piping hot with crisp bases and awesome flavour in the toppings. Quality very consistant. Delivery prompt. Best pizza we have found in Sydney.

    The food is fresh, delicious and delivered fast. The Chicken Al Funghi is a favourite. I absolutely reccomend this restaurant.

    Ordered nearly every week for quite some time only to be told that as they only had one driver on a Friday they couldn't deleiver to Surry Hills. Ordered Easter Saturday for 6.15pm delivery. No SMS received. Called 6.20pm to be told driver was on way and had left around 6pm. 6.43pm driver arrived with cold food that was declined. Cannot deliver to Surry Hills (northern end) or Darlinghurst so should not advertise they can. Disgraceful.

    Food was really not very good quality. The dough itself seemed the biggest problem. Also, the garlic bread was on texas toast, and was not nearly as good as the french stick counterpart. It was very inexpensive, so maybe my 'value for money' isn't totally fair, i just didn't really enjoy it so I didn't find value.
