    The ribs were dry and covered in far too much sauce. The wedges were soggy and tasteless. They forgot to bring the drink, which was needed. The service was bad, the food was basically horrible. The only good thing was that they delivered the food on time. I don't recommend Lugarno Pizzeria at all.   (Elizabeth - April, 2013)

    The ribs arrived quickly but unfortunately were quite fatty and gristly and of lower quality than I've had here previously. The ribs were delivered in a tray without the proper lid. The order was incomplete, one of the ordered desserts wasn't delivered. I hope that things improve as I've had some good meals from here previously. Watch out with the desserts, you'll probably get sent whatever is left in the freezer if they don't have the flavour you order.   (Neil - See my reviews (13) - December, 2012)

    Order took over an hour, they driver forgot the drink, he said he would be back, he didn't come back, I called his mobile to see where the drink was (he called me to find my address) and he was at home. I called the store and I believe the owner told me that what does he want me to do about it? He said he could send one at 10.30pm. Nearly 50 minutes after the food got delivered, he continued to argue until I hung up. Really bad customer service, food, time and I will be seeking back my money.     Consistently great food. The sesame crust pizzas are great as long as you like your pizzas "well done", which is fine by me, but my kids think otherwise.

    I highly recommend the ribs, I salivate just thinking of the plum sauce!

    Tonight it took a while to deliver but I received a call immediately to verify that it was ok to proceed with the order... so extra points for the delivery service. I was really impressed with the good communication.

    First time I order it was good, but took forever to get here. 2nd time, takes 1.5 hr for one pizza, and some corn. The food was cold, and was told my order was on it way 20 mins ago (takes about 5 min drive) very unhappy this time round...   (jessica - See my reviews (2) - October, 2012)

    I keep re-ordering from Lugarno Pizzeria... their Pizzas have a unique sesame crust and are always loaded with quality toppings. The ribs are absolutely awesome and I'm still yet to try all of their menu. The food is always hot and delivered on-time.     This was the first time we ordered from Lugarno Pizzeria and it won't be the last. The food was wonderful. Very cheap for the pastas as other places are charging $18!!!       I ordered a family pack of ribs, wedges and corn which consist of 3 servings of each. I only received 1 serving of wedges. Which is not enough. Mind you we had ordered the same a few weeks before and go a large serving. ??? When called and confronted them to ask if this was the correct amount I was supposed to receive, he replied yes. But he also mentioned that the package I described was their one serving for $5. He also mentioned his boss was out so he would discuss it with him and get back to me or possible drop off the remaining servings. needless to say I never once heard from them. It may seem like a small issue but when serving ribs with a "few" wedges its hardly a filling meal. I don't think I'll be going back again. For the simple reason customer satisfaction means nothing   (n - May, 2012)
