    make sure you ring to confirm the particular comments you might have made in order, i.e. No egg in Pad-thai, coz the lady said she didn't read it, & hence stuffed the pad thai. In saying this, she brought us a new one

    Normally a great service and good value. Let down by delivery times over the last few weeks. Last nights order placed at 7.10pm text alert advised delivery would be 8.20pm. No sign of delivery at 8.30pm called Luk-charng told on way. Called again at 8.45pm. Meal arrived at 9.05PM. fishcakes were soggy hardly any chicken in the chicken dish. No Apology given for the lateness.

    Wow. And not in a good way. Delivery time 1 hour and 40 minutes, no joke. When i called after an hour and 20 minutes, the girl said the driver left 15 minutes ago so it wouldn't be long. She didn't even ask to clarify the order and was very dismissive. When my partner called back 15 minutes later when it still wasn't here, we were told something different. Again, she had no idea what we ordered and brushed us off. We asked for a refund and was told to speak to the driver. No refund but 50% off next time. I doubt they would honour that and I doubt we will order again. We live 500m away. The food was cold and pretty average. Service was nothing short of atrocious.

    So good! Service was quick and easy. Only bad thing I could say was the beef was a bit overcooked in my pad thai, but was so delicious I didn't mind! Yum! Will definitely be ordering again (and again!)

    Great food, and early delivery. This is my second time ordering. Excellent Pad Thai (mentioned by someone else) and my partner loved his Red Curry. Amazing Roti bread. :) Definitely a keeper.

    Really impressed, I had been ordering from my local thai restaurant for years but when I saw the 25% off the first order with Luk Charng I gave it a go. Really impressed, the spring rolls were perfect, not all dry and tasteless like some. Mixed seafood pad thai worth every cent I paid for it. Delivery was speedy and friendly service. My new favourite!!!

    Delivered on time, the order was wrong and ended up with chicken pad thai which wasn't very good. On the positive the tom kha soup, chicken green curry, beef pad kra prow and roti were great with lots of chili as requested.

    We decided to get dinner delivered on a rainy night, the food arrived on time and the delivery person was very nice. Thai curry puffs are a must have, the pastry was perfect. Roti and satay sauce was good, and for mains we got vegetarian pad Thai and red chicken curry. Beautiful! We will be ordering from these guys every time now. Keep up the good work!
