From the tapas styled bar menu to the more substantial dinner menu, Magic City is definately a mecca for Asian fusion food.

    Just recently went back to the restaurant after being recommended by a friend. It was still the same, but the management team seemed to have change and the the food seems to be back on target!

      I love the restaurant and have been on many occassions. They have one bad waitress but the rest of the staff are attentive without causing you to feel rushed or like you are being watched.

      The size of the mains is good, too much for me to eat but I always battle through and eat too much because the food is excellent. Everything tastes so fresh and is well presented.

      Wine list is also impressive.   (courtsxxx - See my reviews (4) - May, 2009)

      I think that the 'bigger portions' are normal size. Would not say that they are bigger. Think that items like curry should have rice included not as an extra. The wafer thin bread served at the start of the meal maybe should be advertised as contains nuts. One of our party had a nut intollerence.

      Found the whole place very noisy. Staff were ok, some chatty others stand offish.   (January, 2008)
