We ordered our food at 7.10pm on Valentines Day. We selected 8pm delivery and receive a SMS confirming this and giving us a contact number in case of problems. It is now 9.20pm. We have tried phoning the Mantra Indian Restaurant three times with nobody answering the phone. We are hungry. We don't know when or if our food will arrive and it has ruined Valentines Day for us. On time delivery but it was still 1 hour after placing the order.
The starters ( mixed entree) were very nice, but the mains were disappointing.
We had the butter chicken and lamb korma, both had very little flavour. I have never had such a bland Indian meal! (Yolanda - December, 2012)

We have ordered at home with mantra several times, the food is simple the best and never got delayed on delivery.
We got a shop-a-docket deal and thought of visiting the place with few friends from overseas.
It was worth ordering with MANTRA. (JYOT - July, 2012)

Overall 2.3 - Food 5, Value 1, Speed 1
Not really value for money when you order for 9pm and it arrives at 7pm. Could just buy frozen dinner instead.
Speed... well, was nice and cold at dinner time, so scores 1 there.
Food was OK - not quite sure what it would be like fresh though. (Greg - June, 2012)

Every thing was OK.. except for Receipt. Had to pay $2.50 Extra on the total that showed when I ordered,I asked the girl on the counter she gave me more confusing answers and I paid but I checked for the same order online again and she was wrong, trying to hide their mistake. Just make sure u guys check your bill and don't be polite like I was. (Sim - June, 2012)

We ordered the mixed entree, butter chicken, lamb korma and naan. In the entree loved the Chatpate Aloo Tikki. Butter chicken was good (but have had better) only tried a bit of the lamb korma sauce and that was good too. Liked the decent serving sizes. Pappadums and a big box of rice was included even though we didn't order it (April, 2012)

Excellent value for food. Really enjoy this place. ordered twice in 3 weeks already .. The only issue is tthe delivery time but cant complain as we live a bit far from the delivery range but no excuse as it is mentioned in the delivery zone. Can do better in that aspect but def. worth ordering ... (Aishwarya - April, 2012)

Overall 3.7 - Food 2, Value 2, Speed 7
The food arrived before the specified time, which was good for the service level, however the food quality was quite poor. Both curries were quite watery and the meat was relatively fatty. I thought the overall flavour was pretty tasteless and will not be ordering food from there again. (Chris - july 2010) (chris - July, 2010)

Great food. Perfect flavour and spice levels. its very easy to make an average indian dish, but to get something that was above average was a treat. I will be ordering from there again for certain! Thank you for getting it right! (Chris - May, 2010)

Realising one of the dishes had been left from our internet order when our meal was home delivered, I phoned Mantra to advise them of the oversight. I was told there was no mistake and Mantra would re deliver the order but I would have to pay for it again. I unfortunately had to become quite forceful before the problem was rectified but we will not be ordering from Mantra again. (Helen - April, 2010)
