      This was without doubt one of the best meals I have eaten anywhere in australia. The chef is a genius!!!! The service ticked all the boxes, and it had a lovely tasmanian wine list. I would recommend this restaurant to anybody visitng tasmania, it is a real gem!!!!   (August, 2010)
