Fantastic meal, great service and wonderfull atmosphere. The food was just so yummy and the wonderfull jimmy who wandered around during the night playing his guitar and singing songs of your choice, he was just gorgeous. Just stumbled upon this restaurant while out looking for a place to eat on our first evening in Hobart. Set in an old sandstone building it is very impressive from the outside. Inside did not disappoint either, service was quick, efficient and friendly and the food was excellent! The lamb souvlaki and the lamb cutlets were delicious and along with a few glasses of Tamar Valley Chatley Estate Sav Blanc we couldn't ask for more! WOW! This is my favourite Greek restuarant! From the moment you step in inside the restuarant you will experience the warmth, hospitality and ambience like no where else! The food is delicious and just do die for!! My favourite is the mousaka, give it a try, you will not be disappointed! The owner always pops over to your table just to make sure everything is going OK and to have a chat, which is just lovely! I'm a Melbourne girl, and each time I go to Hobart I have to go to this restuarant - it's just brilliant!!!! CONGRATULATION to the owner and the staff! Highly recommended!! This is one of the best Restaurant I have been to, it’s great for lunch and dinner. The management make a real effort to meet you and have a chat. The is a great family business with traditional style food and service. The open lamb souvlaki if it is on the specials board is the one to get!!
