    Possibly the worst dining experience I have ever had. The decor is out of date, service slow, pasta tasteless, fish and chips soggy and the price was exhorbitant. Even the kids screwed their noses...

      Possibly the worst dining experience I have ever had. The decor is out of date, service slow, pasta tasteless, fish and chips soggy and the price was exhorbitant. Even the kids screwed their noses up - and it was a rare occasion they were allowed junk food! I regret paying the bill it was so bad and we are not fussy eaters. We will not be going back   (Sonia - May, 2012)

      Here are the pros and cons of eating at the above mentioned restaurant:

      PROS

      - temperature was comfortable and pleasant

      - restaurant noise was low, thus conducive to conversation

      - lighting / ambience was good

      - pizzas were tasty

      CONS

      - arrived to find spilt liquid left on chair

      - availability of food was poor

      - staff were not aware of the availability of food/drinks on the menu

      - a take-away menu was provided for eat-in service

      - staff were unaware of portion sizes   (commitmentfobe food critics - September, 2008)

      The food was nice but the service was shocking. We ordered soups and our waitress spilt a lot of it. She did not replace it or offer us serviettes to clean up her mess. The manager was extremely rude and unpleasant when we enquired about splitting the bill. He told us that we should have chosen somewhere else to eat had we intended to split the bill. He went on to say that splitting the bill is a waste of his time and that we should have thought about wasting his time before eating there. There was no signage saying that they did not split the bills. Needless to say we won't be eating there again!   (See my reviews (11) - March, 2008)
