I enjoyed my evening at the resuarant but thought it was a bit over priced. In particular I thought that the wine list was over the top. The wines, albeit I had never seen the labels before, were very good, but at $54 a bottle for a Watershed Shiraz, I would expect it to be good. The wine list was also limited and I was also suprised to see Jackobs Creek at over $40 (I think) on th list. Also very few Victorain wines. Next time I will be considering whether $200 for two for dinner could be better spent elsewhere. However the breakfast buffet was fantastic. It was included in our hotel package and that exceeded my expectations by far. A very well run operation and top quality.   (Matthew - April, 2008)

Our second visit to the restaurant was a bit disappointing. Our experience could've been better if not for those really nosy, eavesdropping, snobbish people sitting around us who have nothing better to do than to stare at us. Other than that, the food was still great and the staff were wonderful. Definately a good value for money.   (Norina and Melissa - See my reviews (3) - January, 2008)

The food was excellent, especially the entree. The staff were friendly and accommodating. A pleasant environment to be spending the evening with my partner. So far this would be the best restaurant we've been to in Melbourne. We are definately looking forward to go there again with some friends this week. We had a wonderful time, though the meals were a little large so we had no room for dessert! The music was a bit fast at times. The service was wonderful though and the staff were friendly and helpful.   (December, 2007)

The lamb fillets in puff pastry were scrumptious, a real gastronomic experience. Compliments to the Chef. My husband and used the "split the bill" promotion which made the dinner more affordable. Very fine dining experience indeed.   (Olga K - September, 2007)
