      Great food and good service. Every meal from entree to dessert was brilliant. Excellent food presentation, and all served with a nice smile. The steak was perfect ! Ordered medium rare and served exactly that way .... The apple and rhubarb crumble was magnificent, finished off with a perfect coffee...       I enjoyed my evening at the resuarant but thought it was a bit over priced. In particular I thought that the wine list was over the top. The wines, albeit I had never seen the labels before, were very good, but at $54 a bottle for a Watershed Shiraz, I would expect it to be good. The wine list was also limited and I was also suprised to see Jackobs Creek at over $40 (I think) on th list. Also very few Victorain wines. Next time I will be considering whether $200 for two for dinner could be better spent elsewhere. However the breakfast buffet was fantastic. It was included in our hotel package and that exceeded my expectations by far. A very well run operation and top quality.   (Matthew - April, 2008)
