      A Mothers Day disaster. Two hours to be served with our food. Three dishes were inedible and another, a burnt offering, was partly consumed. Not good. An offer of coffee and desert as compensation received a concerted "no". No charge for 4 dishes was willing accepted. A day to remember for all the wrong reasons. (13 May 2012)

      We went to the cafe for Mother's Day today and i would have to say it was the the worst value for money - very overpriceed for very ordinary food. The service was poor and the coffee cold. I would never return and never recommend to anyone. They were all running around like chooks without a head including the manager. Bad! Everyone at our table was of the same opinion.

      The setting is quite nice - the restaurant is set inside a garden centre. The food was a little slow to come out, but nicely presented. I get the feeling that the resturant would prefer to NOT have children there - although there is a play area outside the restaurant. Food for the children limited and expensive. I also think the food is a little on the expensive side as well.

      Food good but a bit pricey for serving size. Sat outside and were accompanied by sparrows and the odd fly. Bougainvillea also dropping leaves/flowers into dinner plates. Wait staff were a little slow to take orders but food service was fairly quick. Also corkage now $2 per person not per bottle which makes a difference to the bill.
