I think you can't beat the Smorgasbord on value for money. When there is that much choice and in such great quantities, for what you pay, it's hard to go back to ordering from a standard menu!! Loved it!!   (fogga - March, 2009)

The service, or should I say the lack of service, during my visit to the Garden City (Booragoon) restaurant on the morning of 18th April 08 prompted my wife and I to walk out. When we entered the restaurant we had a choice of at least half a dozed unoccupied tables, all of which had the previous customers' cups, plates etc on them. After sitting at a table for almost twenty minutes, looking at the detritus of the previous customers' meal, we decided that this was unacceptable ... we left the restaurant. We have been visitors to Miss Maud restaurants since the early nineteen seventies, where we have always found the service and food to be of a very high standard and I hope our recent experience proves to be no more than an aberration and that the standard of service will quickly return to normal.
