I recently visited the above restaurant and would have to say i was extremely disappointed as i had heard it had the best buffet in town. The seafood was good .The selection at carvery was one item beef, one soup pumpkin the cheese platter was two small pieces of cheeses on a small entree plate. The cold and hot selection was average with salami being the only cold meat. The sweet selection was a couple of small pieces of cake, small tarts, ice cream and sticky date pudding with no sauce. Overall the service was average, no sugar on tables. For the price of $55 extremely overpriced.   (Mark - See my reviews (2) - August, 2009)

Hot food was sitting cold. Having the roast behind the counter is not a good location as you have to lean over to see. Where's the gravy and apple sauce?? We didn't even know the chef can cook one of the specials for you...have to ask. Desserts were nothing out of the ordinary...didn't have good selection of (cut-up) fruits. SERVICE AND FOOD NOT REALLY UP TO THE PRICING.

AMBIENCE GREAT-INTIMATE.

The roast was that great and it was hidden behind the counter. The satays that night were not too great as had to wait and the cook didnt look too friendly or happy to cook them. The desserts were ok.   (See my reviews (2) - February, 2008)
