      After reading two reviews about Mud we decided to give it a go while in Launceston. Checked the menu online but when we arrived no oysters, no linguine, no fish, no blue cheese panna cotta on the menu. Disappointing to say the least and overpriced.   (Visitor - September, 2009)

      We arrived for an early dining experience whilst on a traveling holiday. First to be seated and felt a little rushed by the service but we were to find out the restaurant was fully booked and they were able to accommodate us, they could have easily turned us away but a quick meal was all we desired, thumbs up. Service was attentive, the chef was extremely helpful in modifying a dish due to a dairy allergy, meals were superb. The seaport is Launcestons coming of age and Mud is a real asset.   (Brendan - See my reviews (7) - May, 2008)

      The food and the restaurant were great, what wasn't good was the constant nagging from Menulog that I have a booking, multiple e-mails and sms's. If your staff are suffering from alzhiemers that's no good, but the rest of the world are basically capable of remembering what they are up to! So lay off. Nagging is not good for your business!   (May, 2008)
